Kindly note that on 08Nov, 15Nov, 22Nov and 29Nov special flights from Dushanbe-Minsk and return are scheduled. The flights depart from Dushanbe at 06:00 am, from Minsk – at 11:00 am local time.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus №591, the following rules of entry and transit to/through Belarus apply:
When crossing the border, Tajik passport holder must have an original medical test (in Russian, Belarusian or English) confirming a negative PCR test for COVID-19. The test must be done no later than 72 hours before arriving in Belarus.

Passengers transiting through Minsk must have a ticket to their final destination, as well as a certificate of absence of COVID-19 (PCR-test).

All passengers are required to wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Passengers with higher body temperature or symptoms of illness will not to be permitted aboard.

All passengers are required to wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Passengers with higher body temperature or symptoms of illness will not to be permitted aboard. All passengers must hold a certificate of a negative PCR COVID-19 test made not earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival in Tajikistan. Children under 3 years are excepted from providing any COVID-19 certificate.
