SOMON AIR HOLDS MEETING WITH ROLLS-ROYCE REPRESENTATIVES

On April 1, 2026, a working meeting was held in Dushanbe between the management of Somon Air and representatives of Rolls-Royce (United Kingdom).

During the meeting, Rolls-Royce representatives — Alexei Rickov and Taieb Ben Sghaier — delivered a presentation highlighting the company’s advanced solutions and technologies in the field of aircraft engine manufacturing.

Special attention was given to issues related to the development of the airline’s fleet, including the operation of modern wide-body aircraft, in particular the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

The parties discussed matters of mutual interest, including potential areas of cooperation in the context of the airline’s ongoing development.

Somon Air continues to actively strengthen cooperation with leading international companies and to implement advanced technologies in its operations.
