Removal of anti-COVID restrictions
By the Decree of the Republican headquarters for strengthening anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19 dated February 8, 2023, anti-COVID restrictions were canceled when crossing the state border of the Republic of Tajikistan. Thus, from now on, entry into the Republic of Tajikistan does not require the presentation of a certificate of vaccination or a certificate with the result of a PCR test.
The decision was made taking into account stable assessments of the epidemiological situation with COVID-19 infection in the Republic of Tajikistan, a high level of vaccination among the population of the target groups of the country, the normalization of the situation associated with this disease in the states of the region and the world, in order to fully ensure the functioning of national economies in the Republic of Tajikistan, including ensuring the development of civil aviation, tourism and strengthening interstate ties in the socio-economic sphere with the states of the region and the world.
