Somon Air operates regular flights from Dushanbe - Dubai and return twice a week. Now the flights will be operated on Thursdays and Saturdays. Departure from Dushanbe on Thursdays: at 04:45, on Saturdays – at 20:25, departure from Dubai on Thursdays: at 08:45, on Sundays – at 00:10 local time.

Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan holding the required documents to enter the United Arab Emirates (such as tourist / resident / working visa, valid medical insurance, health declaration form to be found on filled in: https://www.gcaa.gov.ae/en/ePublication/Pages/OperationalDirectives.aspx?CertID=(DIR). If you have a residential permit / work visa, you must show the approval by the Permit Electronic Programme and your Emirates ID Card. Additionally, a negative result of COVID-19 (PCR) test issued not earlier than 96 hours prior to departure must be presented. The certificate of a negative result must be authentic and not altered, all fields must be filled in on a computer, not by hand, and must be conducted by a medical facility accredited by Pure Health: https://screening.purehealth.ae/application or by a laboratory accredited by the state of departure and must be issued in English or must contain a certified translation in English or Arabic. Persons with COVID-19 are not allowed to fly. Please note that spreading of infectious diseases, including COVID-19 virus, is a criminal offence.

Important! If upon arrival in Dubai, it is revealed that a certificate of negative COVID-19 is invalid, or a passenger with COVID-19 has made a flight, all costs arising in this situation have to be covered by the passenger. In this regard, we kindly ask passengers to take this issue seriously and take the PCR test only in accredited laboratories.

Holders of foreign passports must present their required documents to enter to or transit in the UAE, including a medical insurance and a health declaration form. All passengers must show a negative result of COVID-19 (PCR) test in English.

Foreigners who wish to travel to Dushanbe must have a permit issued by a Tajik Authority before entering Tajikistan, as well as a visa (if required) and a certificate showing the negative result of COVID-19 test, carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival in Tajikistan. Holders of UAE passports do not need permission from the authorising body of the Republic of Tajikistan to enter the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to requirements, all passengers must wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Passengers with high body temperature or symptoms of illness will not to be permitted aboard. Passengers must hold a certificate of negative COVID-19 result in English, obtained by testing by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival in Tajikistan. Children under 3 years are excepted from this requirement.
