How do I check in online for my flight?
To check in for a flight online, go to www.somonair.com in the "check-in" section or in the mobile application, specify the passenger's last name in Latin letters and the ticket number. When you have entered everything, click "Search".
Does an infant under 2 years old need a ticket?
Yes. On Somon Air flights, every adult passenger has the right to purchase a ticket for one child under 2 years old for free. The child does not have his place and is in the arms of an adult.
What do I need to check in at the airport if I have an electronic ticket?
You only need a foreign passport. For your convenience, you can print out your itinerary receipt.
What time is indicated when buying a ticket?
The route receipts indicate the local time for each destination airport. It is important to note that it is the time of departure and arrival that is indicated and not the time of check-in.
When does check-in start?
Check-in starts 2 hours and 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For airports in Istanbul, Jeddah, and Dubai, check-in starts 3 hours before departure time.
When does check-in end?
According to the Airline's rules, check-in ends 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For airports in Istanbul, Jeddah, and Dubai, check-in ends 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Is hand luggage included in the free baggage allowance?
Yes, a passenger can carry only one hand luggage no heavier than 7 kg in economy class and 10 kg in business class with dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25 centimeters.
What documents are needed to purchase a ticket?
The passport is valid at the time of departure.
I did not receive my tickets by e-mail. What to do?
First, check the Spam folder — tickets could have accidentally got there. If nothing was found there, contact the travel agency where you purchased the ticket.
What are the flight conditions for pregnant women?
Pregnant women with a gestation period of up to 28 weeks inclusive on Somon Air flights are transported on condition of providing a certificate from a doctor about the possibility of making a flight.
Pregnant women from 28 to 32 weeks can be accepted on board only if they have a medical certificate with a seal and signature of a doctor, which clearly reflects the permission for the flight. This certificate, issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure, must be presented at check-in.
Pregnant women with a term of more than 32 weeks, as well as in cases of complicated pregnancy, women in labor up to 7 days after delivery are not allowed to be transported on flights of Somon Air Airlines LLC.
What are the conditions for transporting pets?
On flights operated by Somon Air, the transportation of pets (exclusively cats and dogs) weighing up to 5 kilograms (taking into account the weight of the carrier) is carried out in the cabin in special containers/cages. Birds and other pets of all sizes and body weights, as well as cats and dogs weighing more than 5 kilograms, are transported in the baggage compartment of the aircraft.
Animals are transported on paid terms and are paid for at the excess baggage rate of double the amount. Excess baggage rates also depend on the destination. Weighing is carried out together with the cage/container.
For the transportation of animals, passengers are required to provide the following documents:
- Animal veterinary passport;
- A certificate of the animal's health status (issued by any state veterinary clinic. An examination by a specialist must be carried out no earlier than 5 days before the scheduled flight departure date. The certificate should also contain information about vaccinations by age. The last rabies vaccination must be done no earlier than one year and no later than 2 months before departure);

• Caustic substances, mercury, acids, alkalis, liquid battery cells.
• Radioactive materials.

My ticket says 1PC. What does it mean?
The abbreviation PC stands for luggage space (from the English piece concept). The number before this abbreviation is the number of bags or suitcases that you can take with you at the rate of 1PC – 1 Luggage space.

Where can I get a wheelchair for people with disabilities at the airport to use it before departure?

Is it possible to transport a baby stroller or wheelchair for the movement of a passenger with disabilities for free?
Yes, transportation is free. During check-in, the service is added to the passenger's reservation and the baggage tag is printed. The stroller can be used before the aircraft is trapped. Next, the stroller or wheelchair will be transferred to the luggage compartment for loading.
